Does anybody know if T&P 2-10-4 #610 is in runnable condition? I know it's stored in a roundhouse at the Texas State Railroad and hasn't been ran in a while because it's unpractical to run it. Is it still runnable?

The last time I was out there, I was told they don't run it because the boilers are "bad". This website [url]http://www.trainweb.org/screamingeagle/loco_disposition.html#tp610[/url] confirms that it is bnot in running condition and that it is not currently feasible to restore it.
