4-6-0 359

T&P locomotive that I kit bashed from an AHM 4-6-0 model. I submitted this photo to the 2000 Model Railroader Magazine Photo Contest but it didnapostrophe1212t make the cut. Obviously I used software to add smoke and lights to the model which was on a posing module.

CAPTION: Itapostrophe1212s late afternoon in June 1941, and Texas & Pacific Railway Class D-9 1/2-s Ten Wheeler No. 359 approaches Marshall, Texas with train No. 27 from Alexandria, Louisiana.

There was a train No. 27 and No. 359 often pulled train No. 27.
