Texas and Pacific Railway

This paycheck was given to me by my grandfather who was employed by this company.   I am not sure who's name is on the check.  By the the initial , it appears to be either an "E"  or a "C".  My grandmother's name was "Estefana"  and my grandfather's name was "Celso".  The last name is correct;  "Montelongo".   I am not clear who of the two was employed by the company but more than likely ist was him.  According to other relatives.   The check is in great shape.
