Description

This metal plate measures 5" x 4" and feels and looks like aluminum. Reads North Pole Sanitary Drinking Fountain, for the Texas and Pacific Railway . The pat'd dates are 6-24-13 and 10-31-22. The red color against the silvery color of the tag is a nice contrast. There is some edge roughness along the right side, top to bottom but does not detract from this seldom seen piece of T&P history that once adorned the drinking fountain on the train.
