Description
Copy photo of a Dallas News article with a captioned photo of a man working on restoring train #610. The photo is titled "Bottom Up!" and the caption reads: "C. B. Kemp trys for a more comfortable position while working on the Texas & Pacific #610 engine which will pull the Bicentennial Freedom Train through Texas. Hopefully, the engine will be ready to run Feb. 1, 1976. The '610 Historical Foundation' has already spent $25,000 over their original $100,000 budget restoring the 1927 locomotive."
