The text of the plaque says, "In appreciation of outstanding achievement by 610 Historical Foundation from American Revolution Bicentennial Committee of Fort Worth." Handwritten text below the image says, "Plaque on side of T&P #610 at 610 Historical Foundations [sic] new facilities in Fort Worth, Texas Apr 24th 1982."
